Comprehensive Training...
That’s why we require our personnel to undergo hours of classroom instruction to learn the safest and most effective cleaning techniques. We explain and illustrate the job to be performed and the proper use of all equipment and chemicals to be used while in our employment. Special emphasis is placed on the caustics they contain and all employees are taught the safety functions of operating machines and electrical equipment. The trainee then performs the jobs and tries to explain each specific operation to help clarify key policies and aspects. Lastly, we have a supervisor follow up with the trainees after they have been working on their own, check their work, and encourage them to ask questions about their performance. We don’t allow them near your facilities until they’ve demonstrated the ability to do a professional job each and every time.
